Chakra Dancing and Creative Meditation

How great does it feel when you really let go and dance like nobody is watching you?

This is the essence of Chakra Dancing. There’s no right or wrong way to dance! It is spontaneous, free-form movement to music. Through dancing the 7 main chakras and their connection to the 5 elements we stimulate our natural energy flow. As there are no tricky steps to follow, we can really focus in on what our body needs and re-harmonise our energy centres.

You are not dancing for me, or anyone else in the room, it’s all for you!

Chakra Dancing is a way to holistically nourish our mind, body and soul, leaving you feeling balanced and revitalised. Dancing is exercise that’s actually fun! It’s great for your heart and it builds muscle strength.

Our body always knows what it needs to heal itself, we just need to give it the opportunity.

We can often find it hard to make time for ourselves, but by being at our optimum we are better able to love and care for those around us.

Give yourself a bit of “me” time, self-love and nurturing.
